All sizes are true to size. We will be in contact with you to confirm your measurements and sizing before your garment is shipped. If you do not see your size, please contact us to discuss any custom needs.
What is Tribe America Leathers’ return policy?
Standard size garments are exchangeable 14 days after taking delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping fees. Garments that are made to order using the measurements specified by the customer will be non-refundable after completion of the garment.
What happens if something gets damaged?
If any stitching, bones, beads, snaps, or straps become defective during normal wear, simply give us a call or send us an email with photos of the garment and we will instruct you on how we can assist or what you can do. Since leather is a natural product, slight blemishes are characteristic of the hide and unique to each garment. These are to be expected and cannot be guaranteed. All our leathers are drum dyed and can be professionally cleaned by an expert leather cleaner. We stand behind our quality and craftmanship, and we are happy to provide you with any assistance in the care and maintenance of your garment.

Where do you ship from?
Tribe America Leathers ships all products from Scottsdale, Arizona.
When will my order ship?
Orders with in-stock items will ship in 2 business days. Any orders with out-of-stock items or made-to-order/custom garments will ship in 8 to 10 weeks. A business day is Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Expedited shipping takes 1 to 3 business days and is available for an extra fee.
